As a subsidiary owned by a non-profit organization, the American Chinese International Cultural Exchange Council (ACICEC) utilizes transformative cultural education in advancing mutual respect and understanding between different ethnicities and cultures.

ACICEC also awards fellowship grant within the categories of artists, athletes, scholars and organizations through a cross-cultural educational framework of Asia to the US and US to Asia. To ensure a meaningful engagement among its grant recipients, ACICEC develop programs that are tailored fit to their needs and interests.

In addition, ACICEC facilitates continuous dialogue within its grantees of athletes, artists, scholars and organizations through a dynamic and robust network of individuals across different disciplines around the globe.

ACICEC supports its efforts by means of seeking funding from individuals, foundations and corporations who are interested and dedicated in strengthening the ties between the United States and Asia.
